The 2-bedroom apartment is located near Anstey Station in Brunswick. It is west facing, with lovely golden afternoon light and spectacular sunset views from the balcony!

The bedroom on offer is a medium sized room which overlooks a cooling internal garden area. It comes with a built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan and double bed with storage drawers underneath. The bed and mattress can be removed if desired. The room could also fit a small chest of drawers and bedside table, but probably not a lot of extra furniture.

The bathroom is shared and has a shower, toilet and good storage! There is also a bookable bathhouse on the rooftop for those times a good soaking bath is needed!

Whilst the apartment itself isn't huge, there is a large, shared rooftop space containing gardens, lawns, BBQs, dining areas, a communal laundry and the bathhouse. There is also secure space for bike parking downstairs. The apartment is fairly well furnished and there isn't a lot of space for extra furniture items or lots of stuff.

Being in Brunswick near Sydney Road, the PT is excellent and there are plenty of dining and drinking options. The apartment is also within easy walking or riding distance of shops, supermarkets and other services.

Internet is included in the rent which is $1195 per month. Bond is one month's rent ($1195). Water and electricity bills are not included and are split evenly. The apartment has hydronic heating, ceiling fans, double glazing, a heat-transfer system and has been designed to be thermally efficient with passive ventilation to aid in keeping power bills reasonable.

The room is available from the 5th of March with some flexibility if needed.
