Hi guys,

We have a room available in our spacious Brunswick share house. The house itself is large and fully furnished, with fully equipped kitchen, renovated bathroom, 2 large lounge areas, 2 sheds and a huge outdoor garden space in both the front and back of the property. The available room is lovely and large -in fact, it is the biggest in the house at roughly 6m x 5m- it has high ceilings, a large southerly facing window that fronts the verandah at the front of the house, and also comes with furniture if desired. The property itself is in an ideal location, in the inner North in bustling Brunswick, close to the best cafes and bars in Melbourne, and a 5 minute walk to the Moreland train station (upfield line), and various trams (the number 19 , number 8 , and also number 58 tram lines are all just a short walk from the house.)

The Housemates: Jeanne, Hiroko, and Julia. Jeanne is French, loves documentaries on Netflix, and works at one of the coolest cafes in Fitzroy. Hiroko is Japanese, works at a hotel and loves cooking healthy and extravagant meals and reading books. Julia works with children and in disability support, loves yoga, hiking and trying to keep all the plants in the house alive. We also have 2 happy chickens named Poulette and Chiquita who love strutting around the backyard and lay eggs for us on occasion.

About Us and You: We are friendly but fairly quiet in the house, so we are looking for someone who is also able to be pretty chill, busy and independent, clean and respectful. Ideally, you will be in your mid 20's to mid thirties and have experience with shared living.

The Particulars: Rent is incredibly cheap -especially considering the size of the room and possibility (if wanted) of furniture- at $832 p/month , bond is $550. Then the bills (gas, water, electricity and internet) are split evenly among the household.
