We have one bedroom + lounge/ study/ music/ literally whatever you want nook available in a three bedroom modern townhouse coming up in Jan, 2026.

The Space/ Details:
- Available 18th Jan, 2026
- $1330 per month ($307 per week) + bills, shared by 3 (rent increase in feb to the noted amount so we should be good for a while)
- Bond is around $1100 + transfer fee
- Located near Barkly Square side of Brunswick
- Tram lines 19, 1, 6
- 3 level townhouse with open plan kitchen/ dining and balcony on the second floor, the bathroom you'll be sharing is on the third floor
- your room fits a queen size bed and draws etc, has a mirrored sliding door wardrobe and a secondary space outside your room which fits a small couch, book shelf, desk, anything really!
- there is a garage but it is currently used as 2 studios. There is a decent staircase cupboard you’re welcome to utilise and also welcome to store whatever you need in the space like bikes/ mats/ tools etc.
- Street parking is limited and unfortunately there are no permits allows (it's ridiculous, we know)

Current housemates and vibe:
You'll be sharing with 2 busy working and creative women in their mid-late 30's. We are both quite independent and proactive people who are considerate of each others emotional capacities and need for space. In saying that we also love a little late night wine, catch up and impromptu jam when our schedules align. We like to keep a tidy house, clean up after ourselves and take it in turns with larger cleans.

Who we are hoping to find:
We are hoping to find a mature individual (30+) who is respectful of boundaries, proactive with sharing house responsibilities and able to support themselves. We’re open to all genders/sexualities and honestly just wanting to continue living harmoniously while sharing a space. The house is pretty furnished but you're more than welcome to bring whatever you like, we can move things around, I'm sure it can fit!
