Heating in communal areas and air conditioning. 3 Bedrooms (1 my office but can also house overnight guests) and bathroom upstairs. Cleaner fortnightly.

Double built in wardrobe, pictures show additional chest of drawers if needed and desk also if needed. Either can be removed. Small heater included in furnishing.

Note there is not much room for additional furniture outside the room being rented unfortunately. There is a small amount of room in the garage if need be.
