The house itself is completely furnished with everything you need, but there's enough room for more stuff if you'd like to bring any!
The location is amazing. We're 3 min away from Lygon street and it's tram stops, and 10 min away from Sydney Road (and the 19 tram).
IGA is a 10 min walk away with other grocery stores not too far off either.
The backyard could use some love, but it's very pleasant in the summer evenings with beautiful sunsets and starry nights (when the weather permits!).
