The best thing about the house is the area. It’s in the heart of Brunswick and only about 2 minutes walk to the Sydney road tram stop and 8 minutes walk to Brunswick station. Lygon St is less than 15 minutes walk. Everything is nearby and a walk away. If you love Brunswick you’ll love this house.
This is a family home. My wife and I have a little baby boy. They’re going overseas for a few months so I’d like to have someone occupy the second room while they’re gone. I will be the only other housemate during your stay here.
This is a townhouse, and is relatively small place. The bathroom is shared and there are also two seperate shared toilets. Kitchen and living room is an open area. The living room space is shared so you have access to a TV, couches, etc. there is a small front yard with a clothes hanger.

Hi, I’m 38 years old working as a public servant. I’ve also become a father relatively recently so have been adjusting into my new dad character over the last year. It’s been fun, I must say. I mostly work from home and only leave the house a few hours a day to get some exercise or get chores done. I’ve lived in share houses for many years so I’m quite experienced in living with likeminded people who understand how to share their space with someone else. I’m respectful, helpful and kind. A bit of an introvert but love to have frequent chats about pretty much anything.
