Maddy (she/her, 31) – American expat & PhD student studying river ecology. Energetic, crafty, outdoorsy, and usually either climbing, making art (currently stained glass), or up for a good yarn.
Matt (he/him, 36) – Resident garden dad, musician & music teacher. Loves chatting, sharing meals, and showing off his strawberries. The living room has… many instruments.
Jen (she/her, 40) – Works several jobs and is extremely crafty. Has an outfit for every themed party (likely handmade). Often down for wine, tea, or a park walk.

Independent, but also into shared meals, chats, drinks, and the occasional game night
This is not a party house, but we do enjoy having friends over for dinner.

About the flatmates
Hello all,
Our home in East Brunswick is looking for a new housemate from the 26th of June onwards. We are a 4-bedroom home, with a bathtub, dishwasher, new gas oven, large pantry, backyard with a clothesline and a shed for bike storage, a spacious front yard with on-street parking (no permits required, yet) and a veggie garden. The home is tucked away on a low-traffic street along the river that is a 10min walk to Ceres.
We are 2 down to earth and inclusive humans that enjoy consideration and clear communication, a good chat, eating well and sharing what we can. It is a tidy home with no cleaning roster, as we all do our part when necessary. We are avid gardeners; ideally, the new housemate is willing to get involved. We are non-smokers, drink occasionally, and are social, but the house is not a party house. The owner has said no pets on the property.
Mat (he/him) is a 34-year-old guitar player that gigs regularly and teaches throughout the week.
Leo (He/Him) Writer and Poet, works as a engineer. Loves the outdoors and a good adventure.

Bedroom 1 has a wardrobe, large east-facing windows and a aircon! it is $787 PCM
Bedroom 2 is South facing, with a built-in wardrobe, it is the smallest in the home and is $703p/m.
Wi-Fi is $22.50p/m plus water, energy and gas, the bond is $678. The room is ideal for a single individual only. We are open to short-term but ideally long-term would be best. Please get in touch if you are interested.
