The apartment is on the second floor of a two storey, four unit building located in Brunswick East, between Lygon and Nicholson St, minutes away from public transport, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and parks. There’s a cute communal garden too.

I’m looking for someone chill and tidy, keen to keep a clean and quiet space. Has its own thing going but down for a house dinner and chat from time to time. Preferably late 20s to mid 30s.

I’m a part time game artist and developer, part time casual worker. Mid 30s, originally from Italy and have been living in Melbourne for the past three years.
I usually work on my projects, go for walks/bike rides/exercise and the occasional event.

Rent is due monthly and the room will be available on February 17th.
