🏡 The room is a spacious 5.5 x 4.3m room, available in our Brunswick East share house. The room comes fully furnished.

🏝️Location: A 4-minute walk to the 96, 1 and 6 tram lines as wells as the 250 and 251 buses.

🚗 There is unrestricted parking available on and off-street.

🪴We are lucky to have two happy fig trees, a pear tree, a pomegranate tree, and a huge walnut tree in our huge backyard. We have a gardener that mows and tends to the yard every month covered by the landlord.

🌻Undercover roofing and a cute couch out the back perfect for watching the rain or reading a book on in the afternoon sun. The kitchen and living area have high ceilings, are open and get a lot of natural light which makes the plants happy.

🌏 We split internet, water, electricity bills and cleaning essentials evenly and have a subscription to ‘Who Gives Crap’ toilet paper.

🧼🫧 We all contribute to the cleaning and have a rotating weekly roster. We are passionate about keeping communal spaces clean.

😎 We are looking for a single or couple of a similar age and lifestyle. We are all quite independent during the week but spend time together when we can! We love meeting each other’s friends and set up the house in special ways for celebrations and over Christmas (see the attached photos for our set up this year).
