Room with your own Private Bathroom in Brunswick East 🤗
My current housemate is moving overseas so I’m looking for someone to join me in the apartment!
You will only be sharing with just one other person (me!).
Important Bits:
Available: 4 March
Rent: $1,434 monthly
Bills: Roughly $150 a month for hot water, electricity and NBN internet.
Bond: $1,434
Lease: About to be moved to a month‑to‑month
About the Apartment:
The apartment is air conditioned, has plenty of natural light and lovely views from the balcony.
The rooftop also offers great views of the city and a BBQ area great for entertaining.
The apartment will be fully furnished except for your room which has a large mirrored wardrobe.
No car park is available but street parking is an option.
Furniture in photos belongs to my current housemate — I’ll be buying new items for shared spaces.
The location is right in the heart of Brunswick East, just a short walk to:
Coles and IGA
Tram stops (right at the door step)
Local cafes and plenty of parks/walking trails.
About me - the person you will be sharing with:
I'm 27, gay, work full time in finance in the CBD with an occasional WFH (usually 1 day a week). I am also studying part time so keep myself occupied. I’m clean, respectful, pay bills on time, and value a calm, cosy home.
About you:
Someone who is in their mid 20’s to mid 30’s who would like to create a home together rather than just a share house;
LGBT friendly;
Has a stable income;
Tidy and considerate, and who wouldn't mind an occasional movie night together or a meal;
Willing to go on a lease and stay long term (currently on a month to month basis);
Unfortunately, no pets or couples.

You will be living with me - Alex, a 27 year old male.
I work full time in finance in the CBD and study part time, therefore generally keep myself occupied. I'd love to create a cosy environment at home where you can wind down and recharge. I keep the apartment clean and tidy, ensure that bills are paid on time and appreciate everyone's need for downtime and privacy.
I enjoy spending time outdoors, discover new cafes and restaurants, and take day drips to explore the gorgeous nature surrounding the city.
I have recently moved to Melbourne from Brisbane, so still discovering new places in the city and open to suggestions! :)
I am originally from Russia and have lived in Australia for more than 10 years.
Ideally would like to build a friendship with my future roomie rather than just being housemates, so if this sounds good please respond with a little bit about yourself and we can arrange a viewing :)
Thanks,
Alex
