About the property
The room itself is spacious and sunny. Plenty of closet storage as you can see (my clothes will be in storage so all yours!), and there's a desk space and reading chair (I love my room!).
The house itself has nice amenities: bath tub, washer/dryer, two big fridges, separate freezer, dish washer. It's all in working order except for the hot water tap in the sink in the upstairs bathroom. Was in a rush taking pictures so the fridges and pantry aren't pictured.
The front yard is small but cozy. The brick wall makes it feel more private since we're on Blyth street. There's workout stuff for you to use (bench, free weights) and a grill. It's a nice spot to relax :))

My name's Mike, I'll be taking some holidays from the 15th of Jan to the 1st of March. As you can see the room itself is very spacious and sunny and the rest of the house is lovely. (Was in a rush taking pictures so not included in the photos: two very large fridges, a separate freezer, and a pantry in the kitchen).
You'll be sharing with Rylan and Francesca (both 34, partners) and Jake (25), all of whom are very relaxed people. Rylan works doing finishes in houses so is out of the house during the day, Francesca is always off doing some adventure, and Jake is a chef so is out of the house at night. We all keep the house nice n tidy and no one's throwing any crazy parties so expect a relaxed stay :))) Must be 420 friendly!
