Hello! We’re looking for a new housemate as our lovely housemate is moving out (female only).

About our place
The apartment is located on Lygon Street in Brunswick East.
Tram routes 1 and 6 stop right in front of the building (less than a 1-minute walk).
It’s about a 13-minute walk to Sydney Road.
There is a large park right across the street, perfect for walking or running.

On the 5th floor, there is a shared common area where you can relax comfortably.
There is also a private dining room that can be booked for special occasions or dinners with friends. and there’s a gym just on the ground floor!

Who we’re looking for
Sorry, female only.
There will be 4 people living in total, and you will be sharing a room with a Japanese housemate, MIKI.
My partner and I live in the room next door.

There are two bathrooms, and the bathroom you’ll use is inside your room.

As this is a shared home, we prefer someone who is considerate and has previous share-house experience.

We’re always happy to hang out or go out together, but we also really respect each other’s personal time and space.
The area is surrounded by great local bars and cafes, so there’s always something nice nearby.

♥️♥️Rent is $250 per week, including all bills.
Move-in date is available from January 14th.♥️♥️

Everyone works, so we don’t run into each other too often, but we’re friendly and easygoing, so it’s a comfortable place to live.
(I also love baking, so you might get to enjoy some homemade treats from time to time!)
