Brunswick East, Melbourne

Hello potential flatmates. My name is Max and I am a 35 year old working professional in the environment and energy space and I have a room opening up in my 2 bedroom apartment in Brunswick East.

The room is 3.0m/3.8m and has a large south facing window and built in robe. The apartment is well proportioned with a dining room/home office area separate from the main living room area. The living room opens up to a large north facing balcony. A secure underground car space is available if you need.

I am pretty easygoing to live with, am considerate of others use of the space and tend to prefer to keep a clean house. I'm usually up for a chat and debrief after work or hang from time to time, and would rather not be total strangers, but I understand the need to private time as well.

I'm into health, fitness, getting out into nature for hikes and beach days, reading, history, drawing and keeping up with current events.

I do most of my socializing outside the home and would prefer to keep the house as the chill zone rather than a place to bring people back. That being said, friends and partners are welcome (within reason).

I am open to living with either males or females, ideally aged 25+ and working full time or studying. If you work from home I'm happy to split use of the office but ideally not looking for somebody working from home 5 days per week. I work 3 days in office.
