I have two rooms to rent in a recently renovated home. The rooms could be rented to:

1) an individual who wants two rooms (rent for both rooms $490 per week).

2) two separate individuals or two friends (rent $300 per week each)

3) a couple who want a bedroom as well as separate home study or living space (rent $600 per week for both rooms).

I am looking for people who are 30 years plus in age.

The rooms are medium sized, furnished with queen sized beds, wardrobe, heater, sofa chair, desk and chair. If you have your own furniture - I can rent the room empty. And rooms both have built in shelves. The rooms are located in the front part of the house adjacent to the ground floor bathroom.

The front two rooms and ground floor bathroom will be the renter’s own space. In my experience, share houses work best when couples or individuals have their own area of the house, as well as shared spaces.

The home is a renovated terrace. It is bathed in natural light, the versatile open-plan living/dining area is accompanied by modern kitchen and bathroom (that has both shower and bath). Gas heating, split-system air conditioning, high ceilings and solid timber floors. Upstairs, I have my own bathroom, study and bedroom. So the house has two bathrooms.

Fleming Park and Merry Creek are walking distance, as is Nicholson Street trams, local cafes, bars and East Brunswick Village shops.
