Hello!
I’m looking for two housemates to join me in my homey three bed townhouse in East Brunswick. The house boasts three bedrooms, one study, living room, joint kitchen and dining area, one bathroom and a garden. I’ve lived here for five months with one other housemate who is sadly moving back to England, and I’m too much of a people person to live here alone so I’m looking for my next housemates.
👩🏼 About Me:
I’m a 32 year old woman and have my own business in graphic design. I’m currently working with a client where I’ll be in the office three days a week and working from home twice a week. My home is really sacred to me, and creating an environment which is calming and safe is very important to me. I’ve lived in house shares for around ten years and have always been good friends with my housemates, so this is also important! I want to live with people who are my friends, and we enjoy dinners together, the occasional glass of wine after a long day of work and maybe go to some op shops at the weekend. I love my time alone, and hope that you do too, but want to live in a house where I hang out with my housemates and we spend time together. I love going to pilates or hot yoga classes in the evenings, cycling, photography, practicing mindfulness and meditation, reading and cooking/sharing meals together. Equally, I love raves and a good boogie after a few wines. If you like techno we will get on well.
✨ About you:
* Late twenties to mid thirties.
* All genders welcome 🫶🏼
* Preferably working full-time.
* Social and wants to be friends with their housemates and spend time together, but equally understands boundaries and personal space.
* Clean, tidy, considerate and respectful. We all help out around the house and keep on top of things so that this is a beautiful home for everyone!
* Loves techno music, non-negotiable (joking, of course it’s negotiable, but if you want to come to a rave with me then I’d be very pleased) 😊
