You'll have a private room with a bathroom, including a car space below the apartment. The house comes fully furnished but am happy to remove the items from the bedroom if you have your own bedframe and mattress.
The place is close to IGA with a few restaurants a minute walk away. Likewise you are a 5 min drive from Moonee ponds shopping centre. If you drive to work, it's a 3 drive to get onto the highway.
If you have any questions, want more photos please feel free to let me know. I'm pretty flexible it terms of stay duration. Ie whether it's for a week, few months or longer.
