Available from 5th February (move in before this date is flexible) and lease runs until May 23rd, 2026, we will be looking at extending for another 12 months.
The house:
Large bright sunny home with a cozy vibe in a quiet street in Brunswick West! Three bedrooms, two living rooms, large kitchen space, single parking space with plenty of street parking available.
The house also has a very large back yard and storage shed. It’s located under 3 min walk to the 58 tram line and close to many bus routes. Lots of parks, pharmacy, GP, takeaway shops and cute cafes all within walking distance.
**No pets Unfortunately as we already have a cat who would prefer to remain the centre of attention.

I’m Nova, 27 (they/them). I work in the film industry as a camera assistant, and am studying at uni in a masters of teaching.
I have a cuddly and curious 2 year-old cat named Smidge, who is very much part of the package 🐾
In my spare time I love creating art in various forms, and cooking up yummy dishes inspired by whatever I find at Preston Market.
I enjoy a good chat with my housemates and hearing about people’s days, but I also really value my downtime to rest and recharge. I’ve lived in share houses since I was 18, so keeping communal spaces clean, tidy, and respectful is second nature to me. I’m considerate, easygoing, and value a calm, friendly home environment.

I’m Tan, 26 (they/them). I also work in the film industry as a camera assistant (can you guess how we know each other?), and also work regular jobs as a swim teacher and at a liquor store.
I tend to go through hobby phases but I always return to cooking when I’m feeling inspired by a culinary-themed doomscroll. Right now I’m super into Dungeons & Dragons! I’ve been DMing a campaign with my housemates and friends throughout the year. I really love exploring storytelling and ideas through the collaborative improv of roleplaying and it’s such a fun way to spend time together as a household!
I tend to alternate between keeping to myself and spending time with others depending on my week, I’m pretty chill most of the time, and I very much value a clean and tidy space. Home being a safe space where everyone treats each other and the house with respect and care is my ideal environment!
