- Huge two car garage (lots of storage space if needed!)

- 3 min walk to 58 tram (20 mins to city) & plenty of bus stops nearby (6 mins ride to train station and Sydney Rd)
- Cute local cafes, restaurants, and bars
- Close to Moonee Ponds creek trail and park areas for nice walks & bike rides
- Lease up until end of July 2026 but the landlord is usually happy to extend
🌻 You:
We’re looking for someone who’s clean and considerate, and happy to take part in the rotating cleaning roster. You’ll need to be able to go on the lease and have a job to be approved by the agent. Ideally, you’re looking for a stable place to stay rather than a short-term arrangement. Girls only, sorry no couples or pets.
💵 One time fees:
- $220 transfer fee
- $977 bond
- $250 furniture contribution (my portion of the shared furniture)
I’m also selling my bed frame and mattress, so if you’re interested please let me know! (already in the house so no movers needed!) There’s also space in the living area and balcony in case you have your own furniture to contribute.

Kylie (22, she/her) is from Vietnam, works as a data analyst in the city (sometimes wfh). She enjoys cooking, watching movies and exercising. She is pretty chill and looking for someone respectful and who keeps the common area clean.
The house is perfect for someone who values their own space and downtime. Everyone is friendly but generally does their own thing and respects each other’s privacy. Not a party house :)
