About the flatmates
We are old couple of retirees. We are gentle and kind to the flatmates as family members.
The room is a spacious room upstairs with its own bath and toilet and its own veranda as well. It is separate from other parts of the house.
As the house is adjacent to Wattle Park and this upstairs ensuite room has a beautiful scenic view upon the park. With northern aspect, it is full of sunshine in winter.
We want to have a quiet, honest and considerate person.
The rent covers all, no additional bills. We allow the use of our washing machine to him. We don't want to have more than two flatmates. We are originally from South Korea.
