This period home has updated facilities and is very close to public transport and Burwood campus of Deakin University. There is a separate bathroom, toilet , shower etc , available to students. Very clean house and we all join in to keep it that way. The house is ideal for students as it is in easy walking distance to Burwood campus of Deakin University. As we are a pretty quiet household, we'd prefer another student or someone working. Apart from keeping the shared spaces clean and tidy, we mostly do our own thing.
In this home it is essential for students to keep their personal space clean and also to contribute to a bigger house clean on a turn by turn basis. That way its fair to all.
