Plus, the house is just 5 mins walk to the 75 tram stop, which takes you directly to the city. The house is also just 3 tram stops away from the 24-hour Kmart and a large shopping area that includes Coles, Woolies, a pharmacy, and a range of dining options. For deakin students, it just a 10 to 15-minute tram ride to Deakin University.

For Monash University students, there’s a bus stop right out front that gets you there in about half an hour. Inside, the shared rooms are fully furnished, and we have plenty of kitchen equipment eg. microwave etc. that everyone can share. It’s a fantastic spot for easy, comfortable living!
