The house is located in Burwood, just a short walk from Deakin University, which is perfect for students. We’re also really close to Camberwell and Hawthorn, with plenty of great shops, cafes, and essentials nearby.
One of the best parts is that we’re just one street away from Gardiners Creek Trail, which is amazing for running, walking, or cycling.
The house itself is a 3-bedroom place with an additional study/4th room, which we’ll use as a shared study space and can also double as a guest room. There’s one shared bathroom with a separate toilet, plus a large front and backyard, a lock-up shed, and off-street parking.
We’re still in the process of furnishing, but all shared spaces will be fully furnished (and you’re more than welcome to add your own touches and furniture etc). The bedroom available will be unfurnished, so you can set it up and make it feel like home.
Overall, it’s a relaxed, spacious place with a great location and a really good house vibe.

Hey! We’re two 19-year-old uni students studying at Deakin (Nursing/Midwifery) and Monash (Engineering & Commerce). We’re both pretty busy with uni but enjoy playing sport/being active, socialising, and keeping a relaxed, comfortable home.
We’re easy-going, respectful, and like a house that feels friendly and fun. We’re looking for a roommate aged 18–25 who’s clean, considerate, and happy to be part of a positive house vibe. Ideally someone who’s wants to chat, cook a shared meal but also values their own space.
