We have a medium/large unfurnished middle room available in our beautiful freestanding home. BYO wardrobe.
The house includes heating, cooling, outdoor green space and is full of natural light. The bathroom is separate to the laundry and toilet, making for easy share house living. A parking permit is available.
We are a few blocks from St Georges Road and Edinburgh Gardens in one direction and a few blocks to Lygon Street in the other. Canning St is just 1 min away and the 96, 1 and 6 trams are all very close by.
This middle room has a heater and fully opening window with privacy and security. The room has loads of character with a pressed tin ceiling and bluebird air vents and an angled wall in one corner where an old fire place once was. BYO wardrobe and furniture, the room will fit a queen sized bed with one side table and all the other usual personal items. There is also a parking permit available if you have a car.
Monthly rent is $1200 per calendar month due on the 15th of each month including $17 unlimited internet. Utilities (Gas, Electricity and Water) are additional. Bond is $1183

Sasha (47yrs) is a nurse who often travels for work interstate and has been in the house with Chilli the cat since 2017 and Michael (34yrs) works and studies in Architecture. We are both easy going, and enjoy good food, a clean house and friendly conversation, in no particular order!
Our ideal housemate is sociable, respectful and responsible, professionally employed who has the initiative to contribute to a harmonious household. It is that simple! We don't do rosters and timetables as we expect you to practice normal housemate etiquette, we share costs like buying loo paper and dish liquid, compost scraps and reduce plastic as much as possible.
Chilli is a 13 year old very chilled cat who will spend much of her time listening out for your movements and running away from you. But if there is ever a quiet lap on the lounge by the fire, she may decide to join you, or not.
