Your other housemates would be students/ recent graduates who work part time/ full time. The house comes with an open kitchen, living room, a backyard garden, a garage with plenty of on street parking. The house has basic appliances like a fridge and microwave oven and washing machine, dryer and some living room furniture including a couch and a dining table however the room would be unfurnished.Driveway parking and plenty of street parking.

Bills are split equally among all the housemates.

2 mins walk from Murrumbeena Rd/ North Rd bus stop with frequent direct buses to Monash University. Walking distance to Ormond and Murrumbeena/ Carnegie stations which offer great connectivity to the city. Situated close to Duncan McKinnon reserve.
