You will have the Master bedroom with en-suite, I am down the other end of the house which is separated by a door in the hallway, so you will have total privacy.
I'm a very quiet, respectful guy, you will have peace and quiet and a place to unwind here, i would prefer full time workers and be willing to undergo a police check, and you have to be dog friendly as i have a 10 year old American Stafford that will always want to give you kisses and show you her toys, thank you.

About the flatmates
Hey im zac , i keep to myself and im renting my master bedroom with ensuite , looking for 12 months minimum lease then ill be willing to put you on the rental lease so you can build your rental history, you will also uave the lounge to yourself as I don't use it and I just chill out in my room most of the time, I'm not looking for people with cats or small animals (guinea pigs, etc), as my dog will not get along with them. Apart from that, I'm VERY easy going, keep to myself and look forward to having a new suitable housemate, let me know when you are free for an interview and inspection thanks :)
