Perfect location, next to Fitzroy gardens, 10 minute walk to city so no need to pay for public transport but if you need 109/12 tram right outside, IGA supermarket next door, other supermarkets 10 mins walk.
A very affectionate dog also lives here, so needs to be someone who likes dogs!
Rent: $1,473 per month plus bills (electricity, water, internet - bill total approx $100-120/month)

About the flatmates
Living here are a male & female (not a couple) in late 30’s, both working. Also living here is a very affectionate 8 year old Staffy cross dog, so to live here you need to love dogs! (He does not bark & does not smell. He is an inside dog & very well behaved).
We are both quiet & sensitive to noise, so the apartment would suit someone who is quiet. We would prefer a male & International exchange students welcome. Sorry no couples or additional pets.
Looking for someone who does not work from home.
Strictly non smoking, even on balcony.
We mostly do our own thing but we’re up for a chat or a bit of tv watching in the evenings.
