I have someone lined up for the room. I'm keeping this listing online until she moves in.

I have a furnished bedroom in a two bedroom apartment in East Melbourne and am looking for a female flatmate only as I find them easier to live with.

The room comes with completely new furniture: a new Queen Size bed with new mattress, a new bedside table, a new 5 drawer tallboy and a built-in robe with 3 drawers.

The apartment has wireless internet and Foxtel. The complex has a gym, two swimming pools, a spa and a sauna. It is a beautiful classical apartment complex with lovely gardens.

The location is 5 minutes walk to the edge of the city, 5 minutes walk to Fitzroy Gardens and 5 minutes walk to the MCG. Federation Square is 10 minutes away and Rod Laver Arena is 10 minutes away. The free trams in the CBD are only minutes away. The location is perfect.

I have my own business which keeps me busy and often away from home. I exercise nearly every day to compete in triathlons over summer. I enjoy going out, but equally enjoy time at home. I am very easy to get on with.

I am looking for a person who is non-smoking.

The rent is due a month in advance. At $285 per week the amount due is $1,235 per calendar month. There is no bond.
