About the property
This is a short term room, we need the room back by the end of April.
The apartment is relatively modern, fully furnished. All rooms have large windows allowing alot of natural light. It is in a fantastic location close to both Ripponlea Train Station (11min walk) and Elsternwick Train Station (13min walk). The 623 bus passes the flat which takes 27 mins to get to Chadstone Shopping Centre.
The room comes with a double bed, a built in wardrobe, draws and a side table as seen in the images. The only change to the photo of the room is that the tree outside has now been removed.
The toilet is seperate to the bathroom. In the bathroom there is a shower, plenty of storage, a washing machine and dryer. The living area is separate to the kitchen. The kitchen has plenty of counter top space and a gas cook top. There is a small balcony just off the living room, we have a BBQ and use it regularly.

About the flatmates
You'll be living with myself and my partner Will. We have been living in Melbourne for over 8 years, both 32 years old. I'm Scottish and Will is from New Zealand. Will is an electrician and I am a graphic designer (I work from home 2 days a week). We like to keep our home tidy, we are both pretty chilled people. We enjoy seeing our friends, cooking and having a drink at our locals.
