About the property

Beautiful light-filled, spacious, relaxing Fairfield abode. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, and your own balcony.

We are right behind Station street which has some of the world's (okay Australia's) best coffee and there's proper Greek and Italian institutions which have been there since the 1960s.

The apartment is in a great location. It’s a 4-minute walk to the train station and less than 15 minutes’ drive to the city / Northcote / Fitzroy.

About the room:
The bedroom is comfortable and has a generous built-in wardrobe. There is a large, double-glazed north-facing window that provides heaps of natural light throughout the day and keeps the room quiet at night. The room easily fits a queen-sized bed with bedside table. If you get creative, I’m sure a small desk could fit as well. There is also a cozy study nook just outside the room that is yours for the taking.

The bedroom has its own split system air conditioner & heater.

You also get your own private bathroom and toilet with a full-sized shower.

Parking:
1 underground car spot, and plenty of street parking in the surrounding streets.

Storage:
Dedicated cage on the same floor complex; secure bike storage underground.

Rent: $305 per week (utilities not included).

Looking for someone to move in ASAP. Would prefer for someone who can stay for at least 6 months and jump on the lease. Please get in touch if you’re interested, know of anyone who is interested, or have any questions. Cheers!

About the flatmates

You'll be living with a content director and comedian in his late twenties. I am out most nights doing gigs and split my work between the office and WFH. Ideally we are looking for someone working full time who is relaxed and respects personal space but is not averse to a wine and shared dinner every now and then!
