About the property
Our home is a 70s double story 3 bed, 2 bathroom town house in Fitzroy North, Naarm. It’s spacious and comfortable with lots of light and plants throughout. We have 3 communal outdoor spaces (front, central court yard and covered back area/car port to the laneway - good access for bikes). Close to 96, 11 trams, Rushall station, buses - 250, 251 & 504, piedmonte’s, wild things, coles, bakeries, Edinburgh Gardens, bars, pubs, cafes etc. on street parking. Tree lined, fairly quiet street and great neighbours. We also have a fortnightly cleaner who looks after the main shared part of the house too.
NB access: there is one step into the house, the room available is downstairs. Currently no handrails in bathroom.
Looking for someone short term (3-6months) to take on the 3rd semi furnished bedroom (bed, drawers and hanging rack inc). It is a cosy room, suitable for short term stay.
The house provides ample space as well as break out spaces to socialise so friends are welcome to visit.

We are looking for a full time working, backpackers, or full time student as a housemate, (we prefer no work from home or study in common spaces in the house to keep house balance), LGBT+ friendly, seeking a short-term rental (3-6months) to call home, someone considerate and who likes to socialise, and are tidy.
If you’re looking for a drama free, relaxed home - we’ll be a match. People with a silly sense of humour, good communicators, friendly and happy doing their own thing but happy to have a chat are encouraged to get in touch!

About the flatmates
You’ll be sharing with Dáire (pronounced Dara), male, working full time from home in tech and Thaïs, female, working in hospitality. We both enjoy a good chat, generally keeping things low key during week with work, gym and at weekends, fairly social and active going out with friends for dinners, drinks, events and a night out here or there. We are pretty personable housemates but also relish/respect everyone's need for personal/quiet time. The house also comes with the lovely Nooba, our house kitty who likes to do her own thing, but may come to you for the occasional cuddle (if she is in the mood!) :)
