My favourite thing about this location is that it is a 5min walk to Fitzroy Pool which has an outdoor pool, sauna and gym and is quite cheap (it's been an excellent lifestyle factor and I can't wait for summer).
The location is also a 5-10 min walk to Fitzroy North, Carlton, Clifton Hill and Collingwood (amenities, fashion, restaurants, bars - everything that makes living in northside a special experience)

Looking for someone who likes to balance being social and having a wine now and again, as well as having their own personal space.
