I am looking for a someone to take over my room in our Fitzroy North sharehouse.
MOVE IN DATE: from the 21st of Feb (will be joining from the start of a 12 month lease)
THE ROOM: The room has a wardrobe, and fits a queen bed, bedside tables, and bookshelf. The room is not furnished (photos are just a current example/prior to last tenant living here).
THE HOUSE: The house is located between St George's Rd and Nicholson St. It is in close proximity to cafes, Coles, parks (Edi gardens) restaurants and pubs. It's a 5 minute walk to the Route 96 tram or 10 minute walk to Route 11 tram, and a 15 minute walk to Merri Station. There is on street parking available.
RENT: $1301.20/month which increases to $1327.86 + bills (small rent increase in March). There is also a decent bond.
You'll be living with two girls both in their mid twenties, easy going, inclusive and warm. The house is relaxed and homey, always kept nice and clean.
We are looking for a someone 20-30, who works full time, generally tidy and LGBTQIA+ friendly. Sorry no smokers, pets or couples.
