I have 2 spacious rooms (ie, Bedroom 2 & 3 ) that's available for renting and prefer females.

The rent already included all utilities (Power, gas, water and unlimited internet) .

Note that Room 3 is a bit small and has no "window" , and hence of low rent but very cosy and fully furnitured.

It is a new modern apartment block ; spacious living and dining spaces accompanied by an immaculate modern kitchen. Bedrooms are bright and clean, superbly maintained, an exceptional modern residence right in the heart of Footscray. Too good to miss.

The apartment is so centrally located where you can find a diverse range of bars, cafes, restaurants and shops just a stones throw away. You can also find fresh fruits/vegetables at the nearby Footscray Market.

Footscray Station is less than a 10-minute walk away or catch bus to city which is just right at the building site.

For a bit of nature, Footscray Park and the Maribyrnong River are also close by.

The apartment itself is also very spacious with big balcony for viewing beautiful Dockland view and has plenty of natural light in the dining /lounge area.

There are also swimming pool, BBQ area, gym...provided by the building corporation, these facilities are all brand new started couple of years ago.
