About the flatmates
Property is close to VU and about a 9 minute walk to Footscray station and shopping district. The place has a separate lounge and kitchen/dining area. Also has two separate toilets and a bathroom. The room for rent is rather large with a sizable built in robe. Has a double bed in there atm but can be moved into smaller spare room if you want to bring your own. Room has a desk and chair and can fit a TV unit. Rental price includes electricity, gas and internet.
I work from home 3 days a week in investment banking field. I am home most days during weeknights and am respectful of others personal space. I’m an easy going friendly guy open to odd chat but keeps to myself. I enjoy going to the gym, outdoor activities, cooking, movies, music, sports and travelling. On weekends I like to catch up with friends and family so am mostly out. I am a rather clean person and would tidy up after myself and would expect the same.
