Nestled in the picturesque Banbury Village estate in Footscray, a PRIVATE ROOM with ensuite and courtyard is available on the ground floor of a spacious, super clean, and modern three storey townhouse. You will be living with two other females, who are both working and studying full time.

We are open to someone mature and responsible to join us in this humble abode. Living arrangements would be most suitable for the working professional and/or a full-time student.

The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, study desk, swivel chair, a book case, a built-in robe, and a split-system air conditioner.

There is an ensuite included with the room, which is your own and will not be shared with housemates. The middle level is the communal area, and comprises of the dining room, kitchen and living room. There are washer and dryer laundry facilities on the premises.

There is ample on-street parking in front of the house.

Internet is powered by fttp NBN and it actually works! We could possibly have the best internet in Australia. Download and upload speeds during peak times are super quick (please refer to attached images).

Rent is payable every 4 weeks, with a 4 week initial bond payment. It is inclusive of all utilities, unlimited internet, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry, and cleaning detergent.
