We're located very close to the Middle and West Footscray train stations and the Whitten Oval grounds. Walking distance to bus stop, restaurants, laundromat, pub/hotel, gym and other services.

I'm currently looking to rent out the fourth bedroom in a large property. Ideal for students, working holiday, backpackers and anyone who prefers living close to the CBD. You'll have a private room but share the bathrooms and kitchen with 3 other flatmates. This is the biggest room in the house, nearly twice as big as the others and has been used by female housemates for the past 3 years.

The room (as shown in the pictures) get lots of natural light coming in through the side facing window. There is wooden flooring in the rooms and most of the house. The room has an electric heater and a standing fan. We have air conditioning in the living room.

The room is furnished with a queen bed, desk, chair, three wardrobes, side table, dressing table and a standing mirror. Please feel free to message me to discuss in detail. Potential flatmates should be clean and respectful. We have some house rules but nothing out of the ordinary.

The bedrooms are bigger than usual, and we have a large backyard with trees (lemon, orange, figs), a storage shed and plenty of open space. The rent includes NBN ultra high speed internet and all utility bills (gas+ electricity + water).

Kitchen appliances include refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, kettle, toaster, gas top with oven and grill, espresso machine, rice cooker and insta-pot. We don't have a washing machine because the laundromat is within walking distance (400mts).

The shed in the backyard is used for storage. The landlord is friendly and trusts me to take care of the house. I organise the house maintenance like lawn mowing, and buying of supplies like toilet rolls, kitchen towels, etc which are all included in the rent.

The bond amount is only 2 weeks rent. Ideally looking for someone who would stay for at least 3 months, but longer stay is preferable. The room will be available from the 4th of March, 2026. Please message me for any further information and to arrange inspections.
