About the property
The place is fully furnished, big TV with a quality sound bar and a comfy couch. lots of dried plants because I can't keep them alive, a few board games/videos games ( running PC games and the PS5 In the lounge if that's your interest).
Internet all set up, mood lighting is cruisy, split system in the living room, decent sized fridge and dishwasher. Washer and dryer is in the garage so you don't hear them.
The area is pretty quiet but it's not unusual to hear people kicking off their Saturday nights.
The two bedroom are on opposite sides of the house on different levels, so privacy is easy to come by.
