The room includes a queen bed, bedside table, work desk, chair, TV unit, and bookshelf for a one-time payment of $300, as my previous flatmate is leaving them behind.
Refrigerator and washing machine are included in the property.

You’ll also have access to the living room TV — feel free to grab the remote if no one else is watching 🙂

House Rules

As per building policy, this is a non-smoking, no-party apartment.
No parking is available.

We do have friends over occasionally for a catch-up, but we’re always mindful of others in the home.
We maintain a clean and respectful living environment, so we expect everyone to clean up after themselves, especially in shared areas like the kitchen and bathroom.

That said, we enjoy having fun and sometimes sit around the kitchen counter for dinner chats over a few drinks — if you feel comfortable, you’re always welcome to join us!
