• 3-bedroom townhouse (only one room currently occupied)
• You’ll be sharing a bathroom with bathtub + shower
• Beautiful, very private backyard – perfect for relaxing
• Fully furnished with everything you need
• Quiet street, calm and peaceful vibes

👩‍💼 Current housemate:
Sarah (from NZ) lives in the third room – she’s super friendly but very busy with her placement and is barely home, so the house is usually nice and quiet.

📍 Location, location, location:
• West Footscray Station – 2 min walk (literally a stone’s throw away 🚉)
• 3 amazing cafés within walking distance ☕
• IGA just around the corner
• On-street parking available
• Double garage (can be used for parking or storage)

🛏 The rooms:
• Bigger room: $1110 per month
• Smaller room (still a good size): $1040 per month
• Bills not included

💑 Flexible options:
• Rent one room or
• Take both rooms if you’re a couple or just want extra space – totally fine!
