Within five minutes walk from Footscray station, super convenient for the city (new metro line too). Also very close to the main food area of Footscray.

As a three-level town house, there's a nice separation between personal and shared spaces. Lots of cupboard and bench space in the kitchen if you like to cook (and eat). Plenty of natural light all day (although this means it can warm up quite a bit in summer). But aircon in every room (I'm not kidding, literally every space).

You'll have your own bathroom because I've got a little ensuite, and the bedroom is very spacious. There's also a third bedroom that's used as a study/office if you work from home.

The living room has the necessities (couch and TV), but feel free to decorate/make the space feel like yours!

Garage or street parking - free permits.

Rent is paid monthly (share is $1,369 per month).
Internet share is $45 a month.
Energy (electric and gas) share is around $70-$90 per month.
Water around $10 a month (billed quarterly).
