I’m offering for a short term only 1 Master bedroom ( photos 1,2,3 )
in a spacious and comfortable 4‑bedroom house. It’s a quiet, friendly home that’s easy to live in and well suited to people who value calm and respect.

The house is completely move‑in ready. Bedding, linen and towels are provided, along with unlimited fast NBN internet, so you really only need to arrive with your luggage.

The atmosphere here is relaxed and peaceful. It suits people who work or study, keep regular hours, and value a clean and harmonious shared space. This is not a party house and not ideal for late‑night cooking or frequent late nights — the focus is on comfort, balance and respect for one another.

The home is fully equipped with everything you need: washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, and a large backyard with deck. There’s also a free pushbike available for local errands. A simple weekly cleaning roster helps keep the place pleasant for everyone.

Other bills are shared and usually average around $10–$20 per person per week.

The location is excellent and very convenient. Tram and bus stops are right at the door, with quick connections to Highpoint Shopping Centre, Footscray Station, and the city. Footscray Park, Victoria University (Park Campus and Johnston Campus), shops, markets, cafes and the new Footscray Hospital are all within easy walking distance. Southern Cross is about 13 minutes by train, and Flinders Street around 20 minutes.

No pets and no drugs.

Inspections are available on Monday or Friday (morning or afternoon), or on weekends by arrangement.
