About the flatmates
Hi,
I am easy going guy, introverted and WFM. I've had this apartment for a year now, I'm quiet and tend to order food and rarely cook. If you cook there's all the kitchen ware to use plus an air fryer. I will also be buying a new coffee machine if you drink coffee.
This room is available on 14th of February to move in. I will be going overseas for 3 months starting March, so you will have the whole apartment to yourself!
The rent is at $1280pcm ongoing including bills. I can sign a lease or if its short stay, all good.
Also if you have a car, you can park in the visitor car bay let me know.
