About the property
The house is in Frankston South. Although the house has levels, the bedrooms and lounge/kitchen/deck etc are all on the one level, if you're not a fan of stairs. The layout is well suited to flatmates, which is one of the reasons we went for it! There are two bathrooms, and you would share with one other flatmate. We have a large kitchen and laundry, and several lounge/dining/family areas. We intend to keep the 5th bedroom as a spare room as it is smaller. Most of the common spaces have doors to keep the noise contained. There is a small deck at the front of the house, and a large one overlooking the gardens at the back. Part of the creek also runs through the property, and it is very quiet
We have lovely gardens, which we have negotiated with the owners to split the cost on. So, our half of the gardening costs will be split between the four of us, as well as your normal bills for electricity, water, gas and internet. Those in the master and largest bedroom are paying more, your room would be $290 pw or $1,064.58 pcm, before bills

About the flatmates
We are two girls with a small dog, looking for two respectful housemates who will help us keep the house comfortable and clean. It's important we communicate, and that everybody contribute their share of bills and household tasks.
About us:
Brooke, i’m currently working in OSHC (Outside School Hours Care). I’m the youngest of the housemates, i enjoy having a chit chat but also like my own space especially after a big week at work. Weekends i go to the footy to watch the Bulldogs whilst other times i see friends and family. I am partnered, my partner will come stay occasionally on the weekends but mostly i will stay with her in Cranbourne. I work split shifts, some days i’m at home but usually relaxing or doing household chores or out running errands.
Alex (Originally from Gold Coast) works as a Library teacher at a local school, shes quite introverted and enjoys reading, taking her dog on walks, the occasional tv binge and every now and then will venture into the city. I only see Alex on weekends due to our schedules.
