🛒 Heaps of shops and cafes are just up the street, and the Woolworths is just a min walk away. Woolies carpark also can be use if you don’t want to park in off-street.
🙂‍ The Reformer studio is downstairs, BFT is a 5-minute walk away, and there's a gym right next to the apartment.
🌊 Great location in Hampton, with a short walk to the beach 5 minutes or so, restaurants and shops.
🚂 1-minute walk to the train station where the Sandringham line will take you directly into the city (25min).

🛌 Main space is approx 3m x 3m in size- Built-in mirrored wardrobe- Window facing with the bay view and blackout blinds- Your bathroom with heaps of storage (not an ensuite). The place is furnished with all essentials however you will need your own bedroom items.
The rent per calendar month for the unit is $1,650 ($380 per week) plus a month bond.

32 yo Working as a geophysical engineer in the mining industry. I’m quite active and outdoorsy, some of my interests include pilates and volleyball. I’m usually pretty busy during the week so weeknights are usually pretty quiet. I like to spend weekends down at the beach, up in the mountains or going out for brunch or drinks with friends around Melbourne. I often go to travel - whether it's hopping overseas or just interstate.
