It is a 2 BR, 1 bathroom apartment situated next to Tram 70 and 75 and 13 min walk to Auburn Station. Only 20 min drive to CBD or via tram. It is convenient for students backpackers or full time worker.
Street parking (need to get permit, which is free) which is very safe as we park there too for one of our cars.
