Who we’re looking for:
Ideally a single professional or a stable professional couple who are:

• Looking to move in within the next two weeks
• Clean, considerate, low-drama 🧘‍♀️
• Social at times but respectful of space and belongings
• Looking for a genuinely nice household, not just a room

Rent:
Single: $1170/PCM
Couple: $1410/PCM total
+ bills split evenly
Bond is a month’s rent equivalent (for single or couple).

The house:
Modern, light-filled ☀️ townhouse with:
• 3 bedrooms, all with private ensuites, WIR & split systems
• Open-plan kitchen/living
• Brand new kitchen and appliances
• Small grassed backyard with a small shed + a front yard
• NBN FTTP (super fast internet)
• Quiet corner spot with easy street parking right out front

You’ll have the large downstairs bedroom with your own ensuite and walk-in robe. It’s seperated from the living area by a corridor. We’ll be living upstairs, so there’s great separation and privacy between levels & areas.

We’re fully set up (almost - couch hunt is on!) and happy to share:

• Washing machine & dryer
• All kitchen appliances ☕️
We’re just moving in ourselves, so there’s space to add your own flare with decor & such (if you wish)! You’d just need your bedroom furniture. We have a spare queen bed, mattress and desk which we can negotiate if needed. ☺️
