I am a pensioner living in a 5-bedroom house. I am renting out four bedrooms and one specious bedroom is still available. It includes new queen-size beds, with high quality mattresses, and large solid timber desks and built-in spacious wardrobe.
Currently I have 2 tenants – 21- and 34-years old men. They are professional people and gentlemen.
One of tenants (registered nurse) is hardly visible to others – he occupies main bedroom with bathroom, toilet and walk-in wardrobe. The second tenant is studying at RMIT to become chiropractor.
The kitchen is well equipped for any type of cooking - see the photos. And common living area is spacious too.

But my main “selling point” is a relatively large veggies garden, though it is still in working progress. My aim is to have any desired kind of vegetables free for my tenants.
