The room is a small size at 3.8 x 2.6 with a double bed, working desk & large ikea pax wardrobe . It is accessed via a private entry door at the back of the apartment. The room has a split system for both the warmer and cooler months. The apartment has a spacious lounge with tv, large dining table, split system along with a kitchen with the typical cooking facilities. There is one bathroom to be shared between the new tenant and I.
The apartment is walking distance to both Ivanhoe (10 mins) and Darebin (5mins) train stations as well as Ivanhoe and East Ivanhoe villages and two beautiful parks (Sparks and Wilson reserve).
About me: I am South African, having living in Australia for 16+ years. I am a friendly, well-travelled, working professional with a mixture of work from home and city-based work. I enjoy the sanctuary of my home and I am looking to share with someone who likes a quiet, and clean apartment and prefers to socialize with friends outside of home. I have outside interests that include pilates, running & mountain biking. I also have a mini dachshund so if you are not a fan of dogs this is not the apartment for you.
