Bordering North Melbourne (3km to CBD), this isn’t your average share house. It’s an award-winning, fully electric development designed for community, comfort and sweeping City views.
The Place (Casa Kenso):
- The Perks: Rooftop dog park, co-working space wood-fired pizza oven, bookable community room/kitchen for guests, veggie patches, chook pen (fresh eggs!), tennis/basketball court, and a workshop.
- The Apt: 2 Bed / 2 Bath. Brand new, energy-efficient (no waking up freezing), and fully furnished with a cinema projector and a saloon-level massage chair.
- The Stability: I’m on a 4-year lease with fixed minimal increases. If we vibe, you can stay long-term without the fear of a sudden rent hike or notice to move out.
- The community: Lots of neighbour groups from crafts to book club, very sociable community minded people that are always up for chats and board game nights.
The Room:
- Own private bathroom (Luxury!).
- Fully furnished: Double bed, quality linens, massive built-in wardrobe.
- Plenty of space for a WFH desk setup.

The Human (Me): Early 30s, co-founder of multi-disciplinary property advisory firm, with background in architecture/development/project management.
Vibe: "Less is more." I’m house-trained (since been living with flatmates my whole life; males, females and LGBTQ), tidy, and respect personal space.
Hobbies: Outdoors (hiking, sailing, camping), reformer pilates, squash, spas, and wine.
Fun fact: I DJ (House/Funky, Groovy tunes) occasionally. I love music, but I respect the 9-5 schedule—no 3 AM raves here.
The You: Looking for a legend who is:
- Mid 20s to late 30s, working full-time in a job they don't dread going in every morning.
- Financially reliable.
- Social but independent. Up for the occasional movie night, outdoors, board game, or drink.
- Keen for at least a year or longer, since it's always a mission to look for a legend.
-You can be any gender you want, as long as you are comfortable in your own skin.
- Pet Policy: I’m allergic to cats, but LOVE dogs. Bonus points if you bring a pup!
The Boring Stuff:
- Rent: $350 per week
- Bond: 4 weeks rent
- Bills: ~$60-$80/month per person (Electricity, Internet, Water)
- Parking: Doesn't come with the apartment, but there is GoGet in the building or can ask around to help you out if you need a spot.
- Available: 1st of March
Interested? Send me a message with a bit about yourself (work, lifestyle, hobbies) and we can arrange a time to view the place.
