But that works for you, as I'm on the lookout for a new housemate to share this two-bedroom apartment in a leafy, central Kensington location 🍃 available from 12th Feb (earlier date negotiable).You can't ask for a better location—situated on Ormond St, it's a 2-min walk from South Kensington Station and 5 mins from Kensington Station. Bus stops are just a short stroll away, and there’s a lovely big park just a few meters away 🏡. With an open-plan kitchen/living area and a truly massive balcony, it's perfect for summer chilling while soaking in a stunning view of the CBD. The apartment even comes with a garage car park space, which will be yours too! 🤠

DETAILS: Your room is about 2.65 x 2.87 m, which is cozy for a double/queen bed and your miscellaneous bits. It comes with a built-in wardrobe, but depending on how many pieces you have, you might want a chest of drawers too.

YOU: Ideally, I'm looking for someone in their mid-20s to mid-30s who is mature enough to upkeep our mutual home, respectful, and trustworthy ☀️

NITTY GRITTY: Rent is $999 pcm (~$230.50 pw) including the car park. Wi-Fi is $36 pm, and electricity and water bills are equally shared (honestly, they aren’t high!). The real estate agent will want you to go on the lease, which is a flexible contract at the moment. Please note there is a standard lease transfer admin fee from the real estate.
